White Room Spa Visit

If you are someone who is always on-the-go have so much to do, work, kids, cooking etc and have got very little time for yourself then I would suggest you to visit The White Room Spa Ibn Batuta express branch which actually caters to women who are always on the move. They have a little cozy setup where they provide quick services such as blow dry, manicure pedicure, hand and foot treatments etc.

I visited White Room Spa few days back and all thanks to the team at Tish Tash Marketing (my favorite Pr company) who arranged this visit for me. I booked myself in for a manicure, pedicure and a head & shoulder massage. As I entered the reception area I was greeted by a lovely client manager who asked me to choose my nails colors. I’m very bad at selecting nail colors, when I see a wide range of colors display in front of me I just go blank. Anyway I had to choose some of the color so I choose one of the pink tones shade from Essie nail polishes. After selecting my colors I was taken inside the actual sitting area. I loved the spa setup, I was amazed to see the color theme they had with white themed furniture and gave a hint of green here and there. Most coolest thing I found were the gorgeous paintings they had displayed which were colorful and gave the space some trendy and unique look.

My appointment started on time, I was appointed with three lovely ladies to do my mani/pedi and a massage. While I was being served with a cool lemon & orange drink the two ladies started off with my manicure & pedicure which got completed in about 40-45 mins and the third lady did my head & shoulder at the same time of my mani/pedi and it took about 30 mins. Guys all three ladies did such a wonderful job, the ladies doing my mani/pedi did it with such gentle hands and care and kept even the smallest details in mind. The massage was just out of this world I had such a relaxing time. I almost fell asleep because my neck, shoulder muscles were so relaxed.

I loved my experience at White Room Spa. Their new branch is located in the new extension of Ibn Batuta mall on first floor just above Paul restaurant and their other branches are located in Dubai Marina, Motor City and Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai.

Today I am reviewing for an Organic product range that I received few weeks back that is Joik Facial Toner and Body Scrub. I am becoming an organic product lover so I get very happy whenever I get organic products especially designed for skin and body.

Joik’s facial toner: is absolutely alcohol free and it is enriched with Sea Buckthorn Oil, Aloe Vera juice and special blends of Peppermint & Grapefruit essentials oil. This toner refines the appearance of pores, firms and provides elasticity to the skin.

Joik’s Raspberry Body Scrub: is a raspberry scented scrub with sugar and pink clay which gently exfoliates the body giving a complete soft and smooth skin. It removes dead skin cells and helps to renew and regenerate the skin.

Cocoa and Shea Butter mixed with olive oil moisturizes and softens the skin while natural minerals gives skin a subtle shimmer. Sugar helps in removing dead skin cells, exfoliates and helps to renew skin. This is suitable for all skin types as well.

                        

When the scrub gets in contact with warm water it turns into a milky lotion which becomes easier to scrub and wash off. I really loved the light raspberry scent which stays on for some good time after wash.

The packing is decent and easy to use. I’m overall happy with the range. My skin did not show any irritation signs after use. The Joik’s products are suitable for all skin types, are gluten free and most of all not tested on animals.
