Honestly speaking I never knew what pantyliner was and obviously I was confused that what Anion has to do with a pantyliner. Kosme Paris a Luxury Skincare Brand

Hey guys! I am back quite soon this time with another blog post which is also related to a skincare brand launched recently in Dubai.

I attended a launch of a luxury cosmetic brand which is all the way from Paris called “Kosme Paris”. Their products are all about skin and hair care which are completely natural and organic. The secret ingredient that they use are natural oils collected from all around the world. Their products are preservative free, silicons & paraben free and mostly are 98% organic. Their collection ranges from beauty oils, massage oils, body wraps, scrub, body butter, hair serum, anti aging creams, facial skincare products to home fragrances. Those of you who follow me on instagram surely knows how addicted im becoming towards organic and natural products.

Makeup Remover Cleansing Oil: It is a cleansing oil for face and eyes that leaves skin clean and moisturized. The Camellia fragrance infused is taken straight from Japan which is really nice& soothing. To use this oil you need to take few drops in your hand and apply it on face in circular motion this will remove makeup then you can wash your face with water or can also be cleaned with rose water.  The oil leaves the skin clean, soft & moisturized. It is very gentle to the eye area as well and leaves eye lashes looking nourished.

Coconut Butter: Okay so this one’s my most favorite product. It is a completely natural body butter made out of coconut which has a really smooth texture. It leaves skin completely moisturized, the butter starts melting as soon it get on the palm of your hand. The coconut smell is not too strong its just right and gives refreshing feel as well. Im sure you already know that how  beneficial is coconut for the skin hair and body. It provides ultimate hydration inside out.

Beauty Radiance Oil: This is a beauty oil for body which leaves skin nourished, It uses moisturized and radiant. It uses natural ingredients like apricot, hazelnut, grape fruit seed & macadamia which contributes to illuminate, regenerate & nourish your skin. It has a lovely fragrance of vanilla and white musk which gives an exotic feel.

Anti-Aging Cream: This anti-aging cream is designed to fight wrinkles and pigmentation spots. It has active ingredients of peer seed oil, acacia berry oil, aloe vera extract, hyaluronic acid. Its texture is thick in a pale white color but is easy to apply.

Labo Transdermic Cleansing Micellar Lotion with Hyaluronic Acids

Recently I’ve had my first encounter with Italian-Swiss brand Labo Transdermic, who are the makers of Fillerina – a hyaluronic acid which can also be called a home filler. Labo focuses on 5 fundamental issues which are anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, hypersensitive, clarifying and moisturizing/nourishing. They have a wide range of products for skincare like sunscreen, moisturizing creams, cleansers, serums and  also a complete range for eye care products. The product I got the chance to try after their launch last month was their Cleansing Micellar lotion.

Okay! now there are already many micellar water/lotion’s available in the market from various known brands, so why is this different was the first question raised in my mind. Let me tell you that Labo Transdermic Micellar lotion contains hydrating ingredients like glycerin, penthenol, hydrolyzed glycosaminoglycans which softens, calms and protects the skin together with 8 Hyaluronic acids of Fillerina. It is a daily facial cleanser particularly effective in removing makeup most of all eye makeup.

I had tried using this lotion on both light and heavy makeup. Applied some amount on a cotton pad moved around my face, lips and eyes, didn’t require pressing the cotton with pressure as it easily removed the layers of makeup. Trust me it removed my eye makeup with thick eye liner application is one swipe and not making me look like a girl with panda eyes. After cleaning, my skin felt really smooth, clean and hydrated. I make sure that my makeup is completely removed so I repeat the step twice or even thrice if required.

The packaging is really beautiful, it comes packed with an outer cover as a golden box packaging whereas the product is filled up in a transparent bottle with a golden nozzle top. The product is like water with no color but its texture is slightly thicker than water and has no smell. After using this water my skin did not feel any sign of irritation or redness as it is suitable for all skin types and because of the skin calming ingredients it has. Labo Transdermic Micellar lotion is not just a cleansing lotion but is a treatment itself.

White Room Spa Visit

If you are someone who is always on-the-go have so much to do, work, kids, cooking etc and have got very little time for yourself then I would suggest you to visit The White Room Spa Ibn Batuta express branch which actually caters to women who are always on the move. They have a little cozy setup where they provide quick services such as blow dry, manicure pedicure, hand and foot treatments etc.

I visited White Room Spa few days back and all thanks to the team at Tish Tash Marketing (my favorite Pr company) who arranged this visit for me. I booked myself in for a manicure, pedicure and a head & shoulder massage. As I entered the reception area I was greeted by a lovely client manager who asked me to choose my nails colors. I’m very bad at selecting nail colors, when I see a wide range of colors display in front of me I just go blank. Anyway I had to choose some of the color so I choose one of the pink tones shade from Essie nail polishes. After selecting my colors I was taken inside the actual sitting area. I loved the spa setup, I was amazed to see the color theme they had with white themed furniture and gave a hint of green here and there. Most coolest thing I found were the gorgeous paintings they had displayed which were colorful and gave the space some trendy and unique look.

My appointment started on time, I was appointed with three lovely ladies to do my mani/pedi and a massage. While I was being served with a cool lemon & orange drink the two ladies started off with my manicure & pedicure which got completed in about 40-45 mins and the third lady did my head & shoulder at the same time of my mani/pedi and it took about 30 mins. Guys all three ladies did such a wonderful job, the ladies doing my mani/pedi did it with such gentle hands and care and kept even the smallest details in mind. The massage was just out of this world I had such a relaxing time. I almost fell asleep because my neck, shoulder muscles were so relaxed.

I loved my experience at White Room Spa. Their new branch is located in the new extension of Ibn Batuta mall on first floor just above Paul restaurant and their other branches are located in Dubai Marina, Motor City and Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai.

Organic Skin Range by Joik from Estonia

Today I am reviewing for an Organic product range that I received few weeks back that is Joik Facial Toner and Body Scrub. I am becoming an organic product lover so I get very happy whenever I get organic products especially designed for skin and body.

Joik’s facial toner: is absolutely alcohol free and it is enriched with Sea Buckthorn Oil, Aloe Vera juice and special blends of Peppermint & Grapefruit essentials oil. This toner refines the appearance of pores, firms and provides elasticity to the skin.

Sea Buckthorn oil is well known for its high level of vitamin A, B & C. It repairs skin condition, prevents dryness and aging. Aloe Vera juice is soothing to the skin and is anti inflammatory whereas the essential oils of Peppermint and Grapefruit refreshes the skin.

                                    

This toner can be used without hesitation during cleansing process or even in the morning before applying makeup to refreshen your skin. It is suitable for all skin types.

Joik’s Raspberry Body Scrub: is a raspberry scented scrub with sugar and pink clay which gently exfoliates the body giving a complete soft and smooth skin. It removes dead skin cells and helps to renew and regenerate the skin.

Cocoa and Shea Butter mixed with olive oil moisturizes and softens the skin while natural minerals gives skin a subtle shimmer. Sugar helps in removing dead skin cells, exfoliates and helps to renew skin. This is suitable for all skin types as well.

                        

When the scrub gets in contact with warm water it turns into a milky lotion which becomes easier to scrub and wash off. I really loved the light raspberry scent which stays on for some good time after wash.

The packing is decent and easy to use. I’m overall happy with the range. My skin did not show any irritation signs after use. The Joik’s products are suitable for all skin types, are gluten free and most of all not tested on animals.

Hydro Boost Range from Neutrogena

I am finally here with my review on Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost range. I have been wanting for so long to share my experience with everyone but just couldnt with all the wedding madness around. Trust me Hydro Boost range is an extremely impressive collection from Neutrogena which was launched last year in UAE. The launched happened at Burj al arab where all media related friends were invited and were generously given a PR kit to try on. The entire range is all about hydrating your skin where the main ingredient is Hyaluronic acid which hydrates skin and gives a fresh and healthy look. My pr kit included

Neutrogena Wipes:

Neutrogena always provides the best wipes ever and these are one of them. These wipes can clean even the thickest layer of makeup in one go leaving skin clean, fresh and hydrated.It is suitable for all skin types and does not irritates even on sensitive skin.

Micellar Water:

It is a cleansing water which gently removes dirt and makeup while keeping the skin clean and hydrated . It is a good product but the only thing I noticed is that its is amazing while removing foundation, concealers or similar base products but it is not helpful when it comes to thick makeup or waterproof makeup like mascaras or eyeliners. I have also tried using it as a toner before applying makeup and it gives a vital boost of hydration.

Water Gel Cleanser:

This has become my favorite product, it is a light weight gel that activates with water. It lathers away dirt, oil or makeup leaving skin without any residue, while giving skin a boost of vital hydration. It is very light on the skin and is not foamy. I had no breakouts after using this at all.

Water Gel Moisturizer:

It is an extremely lightweight moisturizer having a gel like consistency which immediately absorbs in your skin .I loved the color which is ice blue quite soothing to me and even has a nice mild smell. This product in mainly to hydrate dry skin and to keep your skin healthy, fresh and hydrated. It is not oily at all and I have tried using it before makeup as well.

Gel Cream Moisturizer:

It is actually a richer cream unlike water gel but still has gel like feel and finish.  It’s very light weight and absorbs really quickly. This is mainly designed for extremely dry skin. Again it is not oily at all so it can be used before makeup. It is really hydrating, fast absorbing and softens your skin.

Hydro Boost is an excellent collection from Neutrogena which really delivers on its promise of hydration. Most importantly it is suitable for all skin types and is paraben free. This is an amazing range for keeping your skin moisturized and hydrated especially during winters. My experience with this range had been great and I see myself repurchasing it again and again. It is easily available on all leading pharmacies and hypermarkets.

Insight Shampoo & Conditioner

I have come across a natural hair product brand “Insight Shampoo and Conditioner” which is from Italy. I have been using it for some weeks now and I am quite satisfied with the results. Insight shampoos and conditioners are rich in active ingredients. It is one of the organic hair product available here in UAE which is SLS/SLES, Paraben and Petrolatum free. It is free from Silicon so that all the active ingredients can penetrate well into hair and it is also Allergen free so it is suitable for sensitive scalp as well.

Insight Shampoo has amazing nourishing properties. The one I have used is for treating dry and damaged hair. It offers deep repairing action to get stronger, soft and healthier looking hair. It is extracted from organic oats which provides calming and nourishing actions and coconut oil, sweet almond oil and butter extracts restructures and softens your hair. The way to use it is like any other shampoo by distributing it evenly to wet hair, massage and rinse thoroughly. With just one wash I felt my hair were softer, shinier, and looked healthy with a clean scalp.

Insight Conditioner is well designed for dry/damaged or dehydrated hair. It deeply nourishes and repair your hair. Made from the extracts of Coconut oil, sweet almond, butter, and organic oats providing complete nourishment to hair. I really liked the conditioner because after I use my hair becomes really soft, gently detangles and look well moisturized. Apply a small amount to wet hair length, keep for 3-4 minutes and rinse.

Overall I would say Insight hair products does not contain any nasty ingredient which can damage your hair with time. The amazing blends of coconut oil and butter leaves amazing results. Their packaging is done in biodegradable bottles and both shampoo and conditioner does not contain any unpleasant smell. They are also tailored to treat specific hair type and conditions.

How you all have been? Well I was quite busy for couple of weeks, had shifted to a new house packing and unpacking was so hectic and tiring, then quite busy days at work too that didn’t get much time to write down properly.

Well today I am sharing my review on Rodial Skincare range – Rodial Stemcell food Cleanser. I got this a couple of weeks back and had no idea what magic this little purple container has.

Italian Citrus Sun Ultra Shea Body Cream & Hibiscus Guava Fresca Ultra Shea Body Cream:

These are one of their signature collections having a mix of Apricots, Mandarin, Island Lilies, Fresh Guava, Grapefruit and Hibiscus flower. They are also enriched with Aloe Butter, Cocoa Butter and Shea Butter giving ultimate moisturizing to the skin. These body cream are so light it’s like melting into the skin, have such lovely fruity fragrance ( I literally didn’t stop smelling it for a long time) and it’s not greasy at all.

Island Margarita Deep Cleansing Hand Soap: This is one of the best hand wash I have ever come across. It has freshly squeezed lime with sea salt which not just cleanse but also exfoliate with skin-renewing microspheres and to top it up it has Vitamin E and Aloevera to leave hands feeling soft and smooth. The lime scent wins heart ☺️

Eucalyptus Spearmint Fragrance Mist: This fragrance is a light scented floral perfume which goes on for a long time. Again with a mix of flowers and scents which is quite refreshing.
